IGT opens the first window on service
SYDNEY, Australia - March 23, 2012 - IGT announces another first for Australia, and the future of systems messaging, with Service Window, the latest addition to its Advantage Club gaming management system. Using IGT's patented Universal Game Adapter (UGA), Service Window enables personalised on screen messaging on any gaming machine with an LCD screen, without interrupting game play.
The unique Service Window application enables venues to communicate with their players in real-time on the gaming machine, enabling those venues with the IGT Advantage Club system to have a flexible on-screen solution for special offers, food and beverage service, promotion of venue facilities and custom applications across the whole gaming floor.
